What is Coapro?
Coapro is an AI use governance platform for organizations: an employee-facing AI coaching assistant in the browser, backed by an admin console that turns your written AI use policy into enforcement. When an employee submits a prompt to ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, or 120+ other AI tools, Coapro evaluates it against your policy before it is sent — allowing, warning, blocking, or logging the decision, and teaching the employee the rule in the moment.
It replaces both extremes: blanket AI bans that push use into the shadows, and surveillance suites that watch everything and teach no one. Coapro collects the smallest data set that works, shows every employee everything collected about them, and publishes exactly what it does not collect.

Coapro is a mission-driven, for-profit software company. We build tools and training that help organizations protect data, understand AI use, and equip their workforce to use AI responsibly. We coach employees in the moment, collect the smallest data set that works, publish exactly what we don't collect, and tell you plainly what we haven't done yet.
Coach first, police last
Every product decision starts with one question: does this help the employee use AI better, or does it just watch them? Coapro exists to coach people in the moment — a report after the fact teaches no one anything.
People are the point, not the problem
Most AI tools promise efficiency by automating people away. We take the opposite bet: the workforce that knows how to use AI well is the asset. Every employee gets a fair path to build that skill — not just the early adopters.
Narrow is a feature
We collect the smallest data set that makes coaching work — no biometrics, no screen reading, no file contents, no non-AI surfaces, and verbatim text kept days, not months. What we don't collect is on a public page, verifiable by installing the product.
Honesty beats adjectives
Our security posture says what we don't have — no SOC 2 yet, and we say so — instead of implying an audit that hasn't happened. The honest answer to a hard question builds more trust than a slogan, in security and in sales.
